■ Checking the NTP server settings by synchronizing the
system time
On the "NTP Server" screen, press the [Sync Time] button to check if the system time can be
synchronized.
After pressing the [Sync Time] button, a message dialog such as the following is displayed:
The information shown is valid,
but pinging indicates that the
network connection is not
functioning normally.
NG In "3.6.11 Checking the Network Operating Status"
(page 89), change the [Link Speed/Duplex Mode]
from "Auto-Negotiation" to a fixed mode.
If the problem persists, refer to "Failure to connect
to a remote computer using its IP address" (page
242) for further solutions.
