Contacting Customer Support and Returning Hardware
Packing C omponents for Shipment
To pack and ship individual components, follow these guidelines:
When you return c omponents, make sure they are adequately protected with
packing mater
ials and packed so that the pieces are prevented from moving
around inside the carton.
Use th e original shippin g mate rials if they are available.
Place individual boards in electrostatic bags.
Write the RMA number on the exterior of the box to ensure proper tracking.
